In addition to over 25 years experience in professional audit and accounting services, Bruce also has 7 years experience in banking and commerce.
Since 1988, Bruce has specialised in providing forensic accounting and expert witness services in an extensive variety of matters. He has the experience, professional knowledge and appropriate tax, accounting and audit qualifications necessary to provide expert evidence in the quantification of loss and damages, the valuation of businesses, financial analysis and fraud investigations.
He has frequently been appointed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants to prepare expert valuations and opinions on a variety of matters. Bruce has experience as an expert in matters at the Supreme Court, Federal Court, Family Court, County Court, Magistrates Court, various Tribunals and before Arbitrations. With extensive experience as a specialist forensic accountant, Bruce is able to readily advise on the commercial reality underlying a dispute and provide invaluable guidance on the accounting evidence.
Bruce's experience also sees him providing more traditional corporate service consulting work including consulting to State Government authorities on the financial impact on businesses effected by the compulsory acquisition of property from which they operate and the level of compensation payable on the destruction or relocation of the business.
